Our “ghost” kit never was.
Fiorentina can wear a new kit if it’s the same colour as the home kit, it is and can be worn.
We didn’t have a new kit for the final we had asked Fiorentina to wear white, so we could wear our home kit.
Fiorentina said no.
Club was always going to wear the white orange kit, and it has been decided so early last week.

When clubs are sticking with the same manufacturer and sponsor, they will often register next season’s kit before the start of the season for the purpose of being able to wear their ‘new’ kit at the end of the season.

Am told that UEFA put a stop on the club releasing a 4th kit.
Some silly rule that they have where a club can only play in a kit that was registered at the start of the campaign.
I did say that the cup final kit would be getting revealed yesterday, didn’t it? Even if is not the one we’d hoped for.
It’s a shame as I saw the 4th and it looked great honestly.

Patches were put on by the embroiderers and are included in the price. If your nephew didn't get a patch, he should ring the shop.

My nephew was in the club shop earlier, said they look shit and as though they’ve been embroidered by Michael J Fox. Doesn’t even come with the Conference League patch on it, they’re charging extra for that despite already asking for eighty fucking quid!

When worn by the players - ie. at a distance and with the shorts - I think it looks great. Up close is another matter.....
There's nothing wrong with having colours unrelated to the Club when it's a third shirt. If anything it's better than many third shirts as the design ties back to the Club.
It's not even the worst one this year!
